Vineyards mainly located in Chassagne Montrachet and Pommard allows the fourth and recently the fifth generation to work with both white and red grapes. Respect of the vine and of the terroir is a priority in the Pillots family. That is why the winery is engaged since 2010 in an ecological process: Ecophyto. We are not using anymore weed
